  • - Construction Management or Architectural Technologist Degree or A levels/ Level 3 in relevant subject. (A-level or Level 3 Employee will have the opportunity to obtain a degree while working on the job)

Responsibilities

  • - Assist in the efficient management of the design information process both at tender and contract stages.
  • - To coordinate the Design process and information management with limited management support.
  • - To be responsible (with management assistance) for the design & consultant management for allocated new build contracts.
  • - Solve technical issues that arise on site such as unforeseen drawing amendments and technical queries regarding building regulations and planning.
  • - Monitoring Compliance with works on site as well as in accordance with the Building Regulations/ Building Safety Regulatory Requirements.
