What qualifications are required for the Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioner role?

How many positions are available for the Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioner role?
There are four positions available for this role.
Will I have to work remotely during the training?
Yes, you will attend university remotely and may need to travel to the university site as required in the first year for training.
What kind of support will I provide to children and young people?
You will provide evidence-based interventions for mild to moderate mental health issues, support senior mental health leads in educational settings, and offer timely advice to staff.
Is there a probationary period for this role?
Yes, there is a 13-week probationary period, and continued employment is conditional upon successful completion of the course.
Do I need prior experience working with children and young people?
Yes, experience of working with children and young people, as well as with their families and various stakeholders, is required.
