The main focus of the Trainee Engineering program is to provide a comprehensive understanding of advancing motor, drive, and control technologies that improve efficiency and decarbonization in energy-intensive processes and systems.
What areas will I rotate through during the Trainee program?
You will rotate through Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and have an optional rotation in Procurement.
What educational background is required for this position?
Ideally, you should be in the final stages of your studies in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on electric drive technology, energy technology, automation technology/mechatronics, or power electronics.
Are there any specific technical skills that are preferred for this role?
Yes, experience or knowledge in drive and control technology, power electronics, or control technology is preferred.
What language proficiency is required for this position?
Good German and English language skills are required for this position.
Will I have a mentor during the Trainee program?
Yes, you will be assigned a mentor during the program to guide you through your development.
How many vacation days do trainees receive?
Trainees receive 30 days of vacation.
