Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day case management of an insolvency caseload with the assistance and guidance of senior members of staff
  • Complex investigation work to ascertain the asset and liability position in relation to an insolvent identity with the assistance and guidance of senior members of staff
  • Draft initial letters, reports and correspondence to all stakeholders
  • Producing accurate and relevant information and documents for each case
  • Dealing with routine and challenging communications with a range of external stakeholders
  • Maintaining all elements of each case file ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
