Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related area
  • Tax accounting skills and some knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
  • Minimum overall and major GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred
  • Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and skillset
  • Demonstrated project management skillset including project planning and time management

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects which involve advice to clients on inter-company transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans. Client deliverables could take the form of:
  • Tax provision for GAAP financial statements
  • Contemporaneous documentation to avoid tax penalties under Section 6662
  • Initial identification and benchmarking of related party transactions
  • Defense of transfer pricing determinations
  • Conduct financial and economic analyses of multinational and domestic corporations, industry and market research, economic valuations, comparative financial benchmarking, and report documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of valuation reports for closely held or publicly traded companies
  • Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform tax services
  • Other duties as assigned
