Requirements

  • To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product owners, developers and architects about Salesforce features and configuration options and the role that a CRM platform plays at CIBC Bank USA
  • You will gain intermediate knowledge of the Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud platforms. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, configuration and reporting
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Platform fundamentals
  • Participate in code and architect reviews
  • Identify, document and promote best practices
