Requirements

  • You are currently completing a university degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC product family and customer experience mapping tools;
  • Creative skills, participation in brainstorm sessions
  • Beyond creativity, being able to put yourself in “production” mode in order to develop creative concepts.
  • Have an analytical and problem-solving mind;
  • Have autonomy and a good sense of responsibility;
  • Have ease in facilitating activities with groups;
  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English) * Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Crafting human-centered experiences that help achieve business objectives.
  • Giving a voice to our customers by leveraging user-centric design practices and being an advocate for data-driven design.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into engaging digital features and functionality.
  • Actively participate in creative brainstorming with other UX/UI Designers and product teams.
  • Assess and optimize feature performance with customers, analytics, and design research.
  • Work across cross-functional agile teams, including product, engineering, research, copywriting, marketing, to design customer experiences and internal processes.
  • Leverage and interpret Design System libraries and design guidelines while advocating for improvements alongside the design community.
  • Create all assets to effectively conceptualize, communicate, and deliver the user experience, while working closely with developers for seamless execution.
  • Present work to various stakeholders
