Requirements

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in a BS Degree in Engineering, Cost, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent
  • Interest in software, big data, and AI
  • Interest in both the technical and non-technical side of natural and built assets
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in management consulting, value consulting, value engineering, change management, financial/investment analysis, project management, construction, inspection services or engineering design

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing material, including design drawings, cost estimates, and design reports and preparing for studies
  • Contributing to client deliverables, including draft/final reports and presentations.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and professional development activities to expand knowledge and skills in value engineering and all the projects we address including water resources, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, remediation, buildings, transit and transportation facilities, etc
  • Analyzing projects and developing alternative solutions based on expertise in operations, performance assessment, constructability, value engineering, safety, environmental issues, risk assessment, and reliability
