Responsibilities

  • Coordinates development and implementation of e-retailer brand activation plan (upper and lower funnel) which includes commercial, marketing and digital plans together with e-commerce experience managers and brands
  • Strategizes and develop cross-brand animations in order to meet the e-business objectives of the haircare category on the e-retailer partners’ platforms
  • Supports with monitoring analysis of all e-retail commercial kpis (sell-out, kpis e-commerce, kpis digital)
  • Elaborates and shares dashboards and reports with internal stakeholders and potentially clients on a monthly basis and during the business reviews
  • Helps the key partners to develop the best strategies and activities to boost their business online by suggesting UX/UI, technical and services updates
  • Contributes in defining the best activities to develop and exploit CRM strategy and e-retailers’ database
  • Builds a strong connection between e-commerce, e-commerce experience and (brand) digital managers
  • Actively contributes to upskilling of marketing, digital and sales teams
  • Shares experience and best practices with Tribe members (Brand, Digital and other E-Commerce/E-Experience Managers)
