Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
  • You have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • You are detail oriented.
  • You have customer service focus.
  • You have strong organizational skills.
  • You take initiative, work well with minimal direction and multi-task.
  • You have strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide backup support to the department by:
  • Monitoring Inboxes
  • Updating documentation
  • Opening/closing accounts
  • Inputting trades
  • Running queries
  • Perform data clean-up as required.
  • Attend to daily inquiries by phone and/or written communication.
  • Assist in the digitalization of client files in and required storage.
  • Participate actively in team learning development activities and team performance achievements.
  • Build effective working relationships across the team and with various business line and corporate function contacts.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
