Responsibilities

  • Gain insight and perspective into the financial services industry by sourcing and developing interesting and engaging content for Fraud Management’s internal and external channels
  • Leverage your creativity and innovative thinking by contributing to the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities, including: leadership calls, town-halls, leadership forums, roundtables and other events
  • Hone-in on your writing skills through storytelling by producing content for internal communications support
  • Create/write effective communications and videos, including presentations, surveys, speaker’s notes, video scripts and executive messages, and assist in coordinating events
  • Support the overall effectiveness of internal communications by ensuring timely and effective sharing of information, and collaborate across Fraud Management to support employee engagement initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of the annual Fraud Prevention Month National Campaign and stay up to date with current events and fraud related news or trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders and business partners
  • Contribute to the success of the overall goals of the Fraud Management Team
