The intern will work on promoting the Breastfeeding & Bonding program and other Women's & Children's Health equity initiatives, including updating educational materials, creating communication plans, and designing marketing assets.
What academic background is preferred for candidates applying for this internship?
Candidates are expected to be pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year. A bachelor's degree is required.
What skills are preferred for this internship?
Preferred skills include a passion for health equity, attention to detail, visual and presentation design experience, excellent communication skills, project management experience, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
What is the expected work schedule for this internship?
The internship is full-time, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
What are the primary areas of focus in the Women's & Children's Health team?
The team's focus includes reproductive health, contraceptive care, pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum, and pediatric care.

No prior experience is required for this position.

The intern will contribute to designated projects aligned with Kaiser Permanente's business objectives, report development, analytics, project management, and job shadowing in other functional areas.
