Responsibilities

  • To assist and work with all members of the PS Women team on a variety of tasks, as and when needed. Tasks undertaken will involve; Design, mood boards, CADS, colour boards, colour cards, design research, market research, liaising with suppliers.
  • To update design boards (style, fabric, colour, line sheet) through close collaboration with the team and ensure boards are archived when requested.
  • To work on colourway options, print placements, artworks for fabric developments and embellishments using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • To amend and update sketches and fitting imagery as required using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • To support the team in coordinating the seasonal showroom, Look Book and B2B preparations. To assist during model castings, fittings and ensuring the set ups run smoothly.
  • To organise, set up and attend fittings. To liaise with Product Developers to track, locate and receive in proto samples and prepare for fitting. To book meeting rooms and liaise with agencies to book models accordingly.
  • To assist with fabric organisation, pricing and archiving, keeping seasonal information organised and updated.
  • To undertake trim sourcing and development through close collaboration with team, to communicate with Trims Buyer as and when instructed. To archive and update trims on a seasonal basis.
