Requirements

  • A strong passion for video editing and graphic design proficiency with Adobe Premiere & Photoshop is vital You are eager to pick up a camera and hit record
  • An out-of-box problem solver with a knack for writing You have a curiosity for local news current events and popular trends
  • You are a dedicated team player who is also confident working independently
  • A highly motivated self-starter who is willing to take initiative and solve challenges
  • A hunger to learn and observe You think on your feet like learning new things and learn quickly
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter spring/fall prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Undergraduate students in their Junior or Senior year preferred
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Able to have a consistent reliable work schedule throughout the internship
  • All candidates must be available to work 20 hours/week
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Philadelphia PA area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work in the Philadelphia PA area

Responsibilities

  • You will be involved in all facets of creative execution, from research and concept to pre and post-production
  • Learn to become a production whiz, by getting hands-on experience with writing, shooting, and editing promotional videos
  • Create outstanding and fun video content for social media platforms
  • You will become a TikTok and Instagram specialist. Amplify our brand’s voice by dreaming up that next viral post
  • You’ll be a hard-working ambassador for the TV station, representing us at lively community events and activations
  • Observe and act as a production assistant during marketing shoots
  • Collaborate with other Marketing team members to assist with projects as needed
