Summer Internship



  • As a Programming, Synergy & Partnership Marketing Intern with Disney Experiences, our intern will gain an understanding of the programming process from pitch to execution in producing traditional and non-traditional advertising content. This includes linear and streaming programming content on Networks/Streaming platforms such as ABC, Hulu, Disney Channel, Freeform, NatGeo, ESPN, ESPN+, Disney+, and FX for Disney Destination properties. They will observe several functions within the department, gain exposure to the physical production environment and see how a production shoot is planned and organized. Our intern can also expect to gain exposure from the post-production process to final delivery of a project


  • Proficiency with Keynote and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Experience in both Windows and Mac environments, including Outlook and messaging.

  • Collaborative and flexible, with an ability to perform a wide range of tasks.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.

  • Assist in video pre-production, field production and post-production.
  • Support Project Management and Producers with scheduling, tracking and updating key projects.
  • Coordinate post-production efforts from editing and audio to compression and formatting.
  • Become familiar with our vast video clip library and source footage for productions.
  • Build presentation and pitch decks.
