Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the 0-19 Torbay Partnership teams in providing joined up care to clients.
  • Answering emails and telephone calls from practitioners, other services and members of the public. Being professional and remaining resilient at all times. Signposting to other services where applicable.
  • Checking and then inputting data received into the Admin Hub onto the Paris Health IT system. Ensuring that information received is accurate and querying anything that is not.
  • To follow trust policies and pathways and use discretion in interpreting them according to setting and circumstances.
  • To be able to type letters on behalf of staff.
  • Covering reception on behalf of the department and other departments within the building.
  • Understanding word processing databases.
  • Able to understand and interpret data in a variety of formats.
  • Booking a variety of appointments such as antenatal and New Birth visits into clinician’s electronic diaries.
