The ideal candidate for the 2024 Actuarial Trainee position should have a strong academic background in a STEM major, a Bachelor's Degree, and 1 to 5 actuarial exams passed. They should also have experience working in insurance or data analytics, demonstrate proficiency in coding languages such as R and Python, and be willing to relocate to NYC for a hybrid work schedule.

The Actuarial Trainee will receive hands-on training from experienced actuaries, gaining in-depth knowledge of the organization's business units and underwriting philosophy through a combination of on-the-job learning, mentoring, and self-study. This 18-month program serves as a launchpad for career advancement in the insurance industry.
