The candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university with sophomore, junior, or senior standing, have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8, and be willing to relocate. Preferred requirements include a major in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, experience with Microsoft Office products, and previous internship or co-op experience in engineering or in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division. Leadership experience and previous experience at Sherwin-Williams or in a related field are considered favorable.

The Engineering Co-Op at Sherwin-Williams will be responsible for analyzing equipment, managing new installations and facility revisions, developing drawings and specifications, investigating new engineering processes, and completing special projects assigned by the team.
