The ideal candidate for the 2024 Graduate Scheme in Commercial Real Estate at CBRE is a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate and the built environment. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a good team player, and have a minimum of a 2:1 degree or be on track to achieve one. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in the UK are also required.

The candidate will gain experience in multiple departments of commercial real estate, complete the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), and potentially complete a part-time RICS accredited Masters fully funded by CBRE.
