  • In your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest in the role and working at Mott MacDonald through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience.
  • We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:
  • Methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.

Responsibilities

  • Our specialist social and stakeholder team works with clients to help them deliver socially inclusive outcomes in communities in the UK and overseas. We assess the social, equality and health impacts of projects, and engage with communities and users, so that we can maximise benefits of infrastructure development or changes to policy and services. We work on a varied range of projects, applying our skills across many sectors including transport, health, water, housing, and energy. Our work is also aligned to a range of other disciplines, and we work closely with colleagues delivering social value and community consultation, as well as climate change, environment, and sustainability services. Our team is passionate about promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and we work with, and on behalf of, groups which are often under-represented. Therefore we are looking for graduates who are interested in working across sectors to champion equality, diversity and inclusion, as well as a keen interest in the UK infrastructure sector.
