  • As a Mental Health nurse working within ADRS you will be at the forefront of providing recovery focused, dignified and person-centred care to this vulnerable and highly complex service user group. Under the supervision of senior nursing colleagues, you will work alongside people with alcohol dependence and substance misuse. This requires sensitivity, patience and a commitment to advocate for a person that may have a poorer experience when accessing health and social care. You will work with people, their families and carers to reduce harm and promote recovery.
  • ADRS is made up of integrated multi-disciplinary teams within a range of community and inpatient services who work closely with all statutory services, third sector organisations and local communities. ADRS provides evidence based person centred care, harm reduction interventions and treatment approaches including medication assisted therapy, detoxification and psychological support.
