What is the duration of the Experienced HR Leadership Development Program (E-HRLDP)?
The E-HRLDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program.
What qualifications are required to apply for the E-HRLDP?
Applicants should be graduate students completing their MBA, Master's Degree, or Ph.D. with a focus in HR Management or related fields, with an intended graduation date between May 2023 and July 2025. Additionally, candidates must have five or more years of prior full-time, professional work experience.
Is prior HR experience necessary to apply for this program?
Previous HR experience is preferred but not required.
Will the E-HRLDP positions be based in one location?
Positions will be located at one of our Johnson & Johnson sites within North America, and candidates should be geographically mobile for their rotations and final placement.
Is sponsorship for employment visa status provided for this position?

What is the base pay for the E-HRLDP position?
The base pay for this position is $136,000 per year.
Are there any performance-based bonuses associated with this role?
Yes, the position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan, based on individual and corporate performance.

Fluency in English is required, as well as fluency in the language of the country where the assignment is located. Fluency in a second language is desired.
