Responsibilities

  • Leadership of Corporate Reputation account teams, overseeing corporate reputation programs, developing multi-market campaigns and thought leadership
  • Identifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities from a prospecting perspective
  • Counselling clients confidently and maturely on communications marketing including PR, digital, social and content creation
  • Overseeing client programs and driving creative campaigns
  • Drive sustainability-focused campaigns for multi-national organizations and act as a subject matter expert in this space
  • Writing PR proposals and other strategic communications materials to grow existing accounts
  • Leading new business pitches including developing RFI / RFP proposals and formal pitch meetings
  • Taking responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and managing teams, developing junior team members, and line management responsibilities
  • Directing media engagement strategy for clients and coaching teams to activate and deliver coverage, leading from the front
  • Full responsibility for overall financial management – forecasting, hours allocation for team members, project & plan budgeting, managing servicing levels
  • Support and develop Edelman’s IP and marketing initiatives, helping to develop our position in the market and maximizing the role of the Edelman Trust Barometer for existing and potential clients
