Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue through the identification and business development of new sales opportunities within existing client base, and retain revenue though the successful execution of signature-based renewals, including any add-on and up-sell opportunities at time of renewal.
  • Strengthen the client engagement maintaining regular contact with existing clients, building a trusted relationship and valued partnership.
  • Enhance the client experience by championing the client's needs alongside FIS' business goals and acting as a point of escalation.
  • Maintaining regular engagement with existing clients within your individual book of business, building trusted relationships and partnerships, and developing new relationships within accounts.
  • Execute new business development activities across client accounts to generate sales, aggressively penetrate client accounts to ensure sales quota achievement, and increase account revenue by introducing all products and services to assist in growing the clients' business.
  • Responsible for the renewal of client contracts and protecting forecasted revenue.
  • Identifying of additional upsell and cross sell leads and collaborating with the relevant sales executive.
  • Develops and executes account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from account base.
  • Ensure clients have a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering and determine present and future needs.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders acting as the client's advocate.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews with key account executives to enhance the overall client experience and understanding of FIS.
  • Excellent understanding of your client's business and needs.
  • Negotiates terms and conditions of FIS contracts with client and ensures terms are within FIS standards.
  • Ensures accurate forecasting and pipeline management as well as accurate content and certification of information for assigned clients.
  • Identifies and reports client risk and escalates to executive management; prepares, implements and executes risk mitigation plan.
  • Acting as a point of escalation to resolve outstanding issues and assist in timely delivery of the service.
