Responsibilities

  • Recruits, hires, and drives the onboarding/trainings for a team of professionals who deliver exceptional customer service and work together to achieve agreed-upon targets and goals.
  • Oversees the team’s effectiveness by reviewing AR reporting and following up with team to ensure alignment to the ARC Team Vision of “Mastering the Fundamentals”, driving Responsiveness-Accountability-Consistency-Follow Through. Reviews team portfolio for equity and provides guidance on prioritization of critical AR.
  • Holds one-on-one coaching sessions, building skills over time through training and development programs, as well as project assignments.
  • Continuous review of all AR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across all business units. Recommends and drives process improvement initiative and implementation. Performs weekly analysis to find material AR as well as On-Account open payments to minimize exposure.
  • Aids in the analysis and preparation of critical AR and Sector/Industry Group focused account collection support.
  • Proficiently conducts account analysis in both open and closed payment history to find root causes on some of the complex cash applications.
  • Manages employee performance by having meaningful and consistent coaching discussions and completing performance evaluations.
  • Organizes and leads core team conference calls monthly to ease effective communication, teaming, and achievement of goals.
  • Collaborates with Sr ARC to manage escalations and resolve issues on time.
  • Provides guidance to team when preparing correct and complex AR reconciliation spreadsheets as required.
  • Reviews account assignments to set up client/account portfolio. Understands and eases complexity with client payment processes.
  • Solicits and appropriately responds to feedback from key stakeholders (ASFL) to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • While travel is generally not required on a regular basis certain circumstance may require attending a training session or attend a client meeting in a different location.
