Responsibilities

  • You’ll join our Activate Development program as a full-time permanent employee and will spend 18-30 months rotating to pre-determined areas that will challenge you and provide you with opportunities to learn and grow into a Strategic Functions professional.
  • Our goal at the end of the program is to land you into a permanent role in your area of focus – after 4-6 rotations, you’ll be set up to hit the ground running!
  • These rotations are key to your development and aim to ensure you receive a wide breadth of experience in a short period of time.
  • It also provides you with the opportunity to discover your passions and learn more about your areas of interest; you’ll gain a well-rounded view of the entire organization, while gaining practical experience, focused on high-impact projects within your business line.
  • Audit professionals are collaborative communicators and independent thinkers who are curious to learn, and keen to leverage data analytics and innovative ideas to drive insights for recommendations to management.
