  • Collaborate with Marketing to translate brand growth drivers and strategies to drive recruitment, frequency and bigger baskets in salon partners.
  • Lead category and channel projects to ensure sell out or offtake growth
  • Support Head of Commercial for target setting
  • Work with Commercial Team to provide tools that address market gaps and meet customer expectations
  • Work with Commercial Team to provide gap-generating and gap-mitigating animations to achieve sales forecast
  • Align with Operations teams on NPI distribution plans, supply concerns an obsolete inventory management
  • Lead channel and customer investment calendar with Commercial Team, and leads investment optimizations when needed
  • Directly liaise with provincial distributors for sell-in targets and animation support.
  • Drive the performance of Total PPD (P&L).
  • Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department).
