Yes, the Acute Dietitian will manage one general outpatient clinic each week, which includes telephone and videoconference clinics.
What support will I have when treating patients?
You will receive support from a Band 7 team lead and experienced Band 6 dietitians while managing your designated caseload.
Will I have the chance to contribute to staff training?
Yes, you will add to the training of other staff across the Trust, including the use of the MUST screening tool and special diets.
How large is the dietetic team at Torbay Hospital?
The dietetic team includes over 40 staff members, which comprises dietitians, dietetic support workers, and admin support.
