  • You will be part of a dynamic team who are responsible for supporting the delivery of all elements of the Trust strategy and specific programmes and projects. The team also ensures that the appropriate frameworks and processes are in place to co-ordinate and manage the annual operational / business planning process.

The creation of a single corporate service is essential for us to support our clinical and operational services, and our wider transformation programme.
  • The single corporate service is delivered across both organisation. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. For leaders managing staff across multi-site locations, you will need to be visible and provide in person leadership. The arrangements and frequency will be agreed locally.
  • The right candidate will play a key role in supporting the Strategy function across the breadth of its portfolio. This will range from providing administrative support to:
  • The Joint Business Case Review Committee (BCRC) process.
  • Co-ordination of the Trust level projects and Benefits management system.
  • The creation of the annual operational plan.
  • The delivery of Trust’s Strategy through Strategic Initiatives, True Norths and Breakthrough Objectives.
  • A portfolio of the programmes and projects.
