  • You will be required to provide efficient secretarial, administrative and reception support for the team.
  • To liaise with members of the public and a variety of professionals, both in primary and secondary care services.
  • You will be responsible for keeping RIO the Trusts patient record system up to date, following the data protection and GDPR legislation.
  • You will provide secretarial support to the team through the completion of clinical correspondence and dictation, onward referral management, arranging and attending as a minute taker several different types of meetings.
  • You must have an intermediate level of audio typing skills.
