  • Respond to and manage email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Create and manage presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Draft, edit and format documents using Microsoft Word.
  • Ensure all written communication adheres to appropriate grammar and style guidelines.
