Responsibilities

  • Adherence to confidentiality is a vital responsibility of this role.
  • Performs routine and non-routine documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Inputs data into systems with accuracy.
  • Process security card requests.
  • Schedules department meetings as necessary.
  • Enters, compiles, and generates data reports.
  • Creates, organizes, and maintains data and/or files including filing.
  • Provides administrative support for editing and formatting correspondence, memos, task orders, etc.
  • Takes the lead on specific administrative/division projects and functions, as necessary.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills.
  • May coordinate with others in floor space planning.
  • Reads, writes, and speaks English fluently.
  • Communicates information effectively and responds to requests.
  • Demonstrates advanced computer proficiency as related to duties of the position, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Managing changing assignments and priorities to ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining a high-quality product.
