Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar management: Updating meeting cadences to reflect business priorities, aligning with executive on schedules, proactively scheduling complex/large meetings, working with external and internal stakeholders regularly
  • Support executive in preparation of team meetings, including preparation of meeting content, presentation design, capture action items and circulate meeting notes
  • Support executive in preparation for events, including researching event location, logistics management, and preparing event content
  • Coordinate team morale activities and manage executive’s employee recognition budget
  • Support in coordinating with business facing XFN partners such as HR, Recruiting and Finance
  • Manage reconciliation of expenses for the executive supported
  • Assist with travel coordination
  • Prepare swag orders for the executive organization including submitting and processing purchase orders
  • Provide in-person support for offsite events, all-hands meetings, or specific working sessions
