What are the key responsibilities of the Administrator (Festivals) role?

How many events will the Administrator be involved in?
The Administrator will support multiple events, including the Southampton Science and Engineering Festival (SOTSEF), which attracts 5000+ visitors, as well as the Bringing Research to Life Roadshow, Southampton Arts and Humanities Festival, and other public engagement activities.
What qualifications or experience are required for this position?
Candidates should have experience in improving processes and systems, strong organizational skills, a foundation in customer service, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
