Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sound administration and maintenance of employee benefits and retirement programs such as group insurance, 401(k), pension plans, disability and wellness plans globally
  • Manage short and long term disabilities applications and family leaves with employees and providers in US and Canada
  • Serve as the go-to person for employees and benefits vendors globally
  • Provide first line support on benefit inquiries from employees via service system, telephone and email
  • Design and distribute communications and materials for benefits education, orientations, enrollment and renewals
  • Coordinate the renewal process for group insurance programs and support with renewal administration
  • HRIS management for transfer of data/file feeds to benefit providers, benefit enrollment activities and reporting on enrollment data
  • Use provider portals for ensuring enrollment, compliance, reporting and providing support for employees
  • Run benefits surveys across different countries, analysis the data to propose benefit program enhancements and changes
  • Manage and process benefits and retirement compliance and audits, such as 5500 and non discrimination testing
  • Identify and propose improvements to our programs and processes to provide a better employee experience and increase the efficiency of administrative processes. Document and maintain benefit processes
  • Advise and collaborate with the HR Business Partners, Regional HR Leaders and global payroll teams on benefit matters
  • Process pension & benefits monthly in accordance with the terms of plan and other applicable legislation such as UK pension scheme, Finland and India benefits programs
  • And other duties as assigned
