What is the work schedule for the Customer Service Representative role?
The full-time roles are 36.5 hours per week, with rotating schedules between 8:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday and 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays, excluding Bank Holidays.
Is experience required for this position?
No experience is required; all we ask for is great customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.
What qualifications are needed to apply for this job?
A minimum Leaving Certificate qualification or equivalent education is required.
