Regular training workshops and ongoing advice will be provided for Station iManagers and Super Users.
How is access to information managed in this position?
Access to information is managed through permission management of Limited (LTD) areas and Secret tier areas when required.

If you need further guidance on information policies, you should consult with Info Pol.
What types of tasks will I be responsible for?
You will be responsible for creating new SharePoint teams, managing permissions, responding to support requests, providing training, and offering SME advice on iAdmin methodologies.
Can I escalate iAdmin requests?
Yes, you can escalate iAdmin requests when prioritised decisions are required to maintain or increase the momentum of process resolution.
What classification of work might I be involved in?
Some responsibilities will be conducted at different classifications beyond the standard level.
Am I required to maintain records for site collections and permissions?
Yes, you will be required to maintain a record of all site collections, permissions, document libraries, and other prescribed details.
Will I receive support for resolving requests through the Customer Service Portal?
Yes, you will be responsible for checking and resolving requests for support on the Customer Service Portal and monitoring the iAdmin Group Mailbox for timely responses.
