Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the hotel operations and port delivery teams on turnaround days to ensure a seamless and well-coordinated arrival schedule for guests at the hotels and port.
  • Manage airport team resources, including monitoring tasks, scheduling shifts, and assigning responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop, oversee, and maintain the calendar for Airport Transport Coordinators and Airport Team members to optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor the financial performance of airport operations and identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.
  • Supervise airport operations as required, particularly during high-demand periods, such as overlapping schedules or days with airport restrictions, by stepping into the role of Airport Transport Coordinator.
  • Liaise with key airport stakeholders, including AENA and Airport Authorities, to address and resolve operational issues as needed.
  • Ensure all departmental requirements for airport operations are met, including securing airport permits, negotiating access, and managing access cards.
  • Provide bi-weekly operational updates and reports to the Operations Manager.
  • Perform other duties as required.
