The primary responsibility of the Analyst role is to perform financial analysis and market research related to the financing of commercial real estate assets, assist in sizing and underwriting properties, and interface with internal and external clients to procure financing.

What are the expected working hours for this position?
The expected working hours are generally from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work remotely up to 2 of those days.
What salary range is offered for the Analyst position?
The estimated base salary for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000, plus discretionary production incentives.
