Centralize all employment data within Workday to maintain a single source of truth for HR data and processes.
Collaborate with the HRIS team to improve and optimize HR systems for increased functionality and efficiency.
Provide systems training, particularly in Workday, to team members, ensuring they can effectively navigate and utilize the system.
Ongoing Projects and Initiatives
Manage and oversee ongoing HR projects and initiatives, including but not limited to the Great Place to Work (GPTW) program, the annual review process, the annual budget process, and the development of a quarterly Board Book.
Create and maintain an annual project timeline to ensure timely execution of key HR projects.
Process Improvement and Compliance
Regularly audit HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline HR operations and reduce manual tasks.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations to streamline and optimize processes where Talent Acquisition crosses with the HRBP function, ensuring efficient workflows and improved operational support for the Human Resources team.
Lead and meaningfully engage HRBP Operations Specialist.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday with the ability to work up to 2 of those days remotely.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferable.
4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HR Operations and/or as an HR Generalist.
SPHR or PHR a plus.
