Responsibilities

  • Own and support other team members on multi-market PPC campaigns.
  • Manage Google and Microsoft Ads Paid Search campaigns for EMEA & American markets against targets, maximizing net income delivered through the channel.
  • Use Paid Search bid management software (Search Ads 360) to centrally manage campaigns for several markets and ensure that tracking is set up correctly.
  • Work with other analysts and managers in the team, alongside the Performance Channel Analytics team to create and implement data-led strategies for the international markets that deliver against the marketing plans.
  • Work on ad-hoc reporting, test and learn, plan strategies, and present them to internal stakeholders in the markets and other central teams.
  • Support one of the four key ‘pillars’ that the team operate within (strategy, excellence, relations, test & learn).
  • Building and maintaining relationships with markets and supporting agencies.
