The key responsibilities include scaling the code teams annotation output while improving quality, partnering with internal stakeholders on staffing and hiring strategy, running pilots and experiments to test and iterate on projects, managing individual and team-wide performance of code generation annotators, and developing onboarding and ongoing education for the team.
What qualifications and experience are required for this role?
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on coding experience, proficiency in Python, C++/Java/Compiled language, and SQL, experience leading teams or complex projects in a tech-focused role, strong collaboration skills, excellent writing and editing abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
What location preference is preferred for candidates applying for this role?
London-based candidates are preferred for this role, as they will be required to spend a few days a week in the Soho office with the Annotator team.
