  • - Do you have excellent communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment?
  • - There are opportunities to train as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP) on a Level 6 degree apprenticeship for individuals without a degree in Central Cheshire Talking Therapies Service (formerly IAPT) - covering the Crewe and Winsford areas.
  • - The PWP apprenticeship programme is a 15-month course delivered by Liverpool John Moore’s University.
  • - Successful applicants will need to demonstrate commitment to the academic requirements of the course and assessments.
  • - It is a programme requirement that apprentices must provide evidence of achievement of GCSE Math's and English grade C or above or grade 4 and above, or equivalent qualification. Qualifications.

  • - Work with specific groups such as older adults, perinatal mental health, BAME communities, or people managing long-term health conditions
  • - Complete a 15-month apprenticeship program
  • - Demonstrate commitment to academic requirements and assessments
  • - Provide evidence of achievement of GCSE Math's and English grade C or above
  • - Support people with mental health challenges
  • - Work in a fast-paced environment
  • - Offer compassionate, person-centred care
  • - Promote equality and diversity
  • - Demonstrate the Trust's Values and Behaviours
  • - Participate in a Values Based Interview/Assessment
  • - Reflect understanding of the Trust's Values in the Supporting Information Section of the application
