The role of an Apprentice Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner involves supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, and low mood by providing short-term, evidence-based treatments in line with NICE guidance.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this apprenticeship?
Applicants must provide evidence of achievement of GCSE Math's and English grade C or above or grade 4 and above, or equivalent qualifications. This course is not suitable for graduates.
How long is the apprenticeship program?
The PWP apprenticeship program is a 15-month course delivered by Liverpool John Moores University.
When does the apprenticeship program start?
The program will start in October 2024.
Is prior experience in mental health necessary to apply?
