Responsibilities

  • Manages change management and standardization of Civil, Structural, Landscape & Architect related activities globally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners and external consultants to evaluate, coordinate & lead implementation of changes to the Facebook Data Center Global Standards
  • Technical leader managing consultants to implement global programmatic design and/or initiatives, ensuring business goals, technical needs, and contract terms are met
  • Review CSLA change management and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across different disciplines
  • Drive project schedules while working closely with design and construction to ensure milestones and completion dates are on track
  • Lead CSLA change initiatives with project teams in schematic design, design development, and construction administration to support the project manager during construction
  • Travel to datacenter sites when needed
  • Respond on an as-needed basis to emergencies
  • Detail-oriented, possess organizational skills, biased-for-action, and drive progress with little direction.
