Responsibilities

  • The support officer will assist with governance and administrative tasks to ensure the team comply with GDPR and Army processes for consent and metadata, whilst delivering high quality content.
  • You will receive training in video editing to provide resilience in the team and will act as first point of contact, for requests from units for digital assistance.
  • Provide HQ Regional Command (RC) UK digital engagement team with support in delivering digital engagement.
  • Maintain content register on digital engagement SharePoint page, ensuring data is current and relevant.
  • Maintain register of obtained consent and metadata forms for all content held by Digital Engagement Team.
  • Maintain log of equipment held and conduct periodic audits of equipment.
  • Maintain and update weekly team planner and content schedule.
  • Support content team with editing where necessary (full training will be provided).
  • Support Joint Military Command (JMC) by satisfying requests for support.
  • Monitor and maintain assistance request database.
  • Oversee periodical surveys from the public, Military Preparation Colleges (MPC) and Phase One Training establishments.
