Responsibilities

  • Deliver critical engagement with supporting agencies, control the daily activities of Cadets branch, and be the focal point for all tasks that enable successful delivery.
  • Coordinate branch activity.
  • Ensure resource planning bids are submitted, reviewed, and circulated as directed.
  • Volunteer Allowance is controlled in year and snap audits delivered.
  • Ensure the branch Risk Management Board is effectively supervised.
  • Keep branch annual Forecast of Events effective and up to date.
  • Ensure annual conferences are programmed and scheduled as directed.
  • Scheduling and directing Combined Cadet Force Biennial Reviews and Grant Audits.
  • Your staff deliver other in-year cadet force project tasks at pace, as directed.
  • Transport acquisition for both the CCF & ACF.
