Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all military reports and those requiring attention from the Brigade Comd are delivered to Army Personnel Centre (APC) Glasgow on or before the reporting deadline as directed in Joint Service Publication (JSP) 757.
  • Use Military IT System to search for information, initiate and finalise reports – Training will be provided.
  • Collate, create and manage all MS documentation.
  • Organise all MS Order of March Boards required at the Brigade.
  • Process all military and civilian recruitment requests including extensions.
  • Support all staff by answering queries and locating information, particularly regarding soldier and officer MS.
  • Support all Civilian Staff at units with Civilian HR queries, signposting as required and liaising with Civ Sec teams for advice.
  • Support the HQ Honours & Awards process by arranging boards and collating submissions for 3rd UK Division.
  • Liaise with units as required.
  • Lead on the Civil Service Reward Schemes for the brigade.
  • Carry out admin tasks as required that are linked to the tasks above.
