The salary for this position is £36,530, with additional contributions towards a Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
How many days of annual leave do employees receive?
Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave, which increases by one day for each year of service up to a total of 30 days after five years.

The Performance Management Officer will be managing some of LWC’s most complex and important contracts, particularly focusing on the Combat Manoeuvre Centre (CMC) contracts, especially the ARMCEN Support Contract (ASC).
