Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for the trainers, trainees, and accommodation cell for matters relating to course and trainee administration for a variety of courses held at Worthy Down. This may be by telephone, e-mail, or face to face
  • Process all course administration
  • Speak with external organisations as required to fill any course vacancies
  • Maintain and issue Joining Instructions
  • Manage attendance confirmations to ensure the correct trainees attend courses
  • Enrol, and unroll trainees onto pre-course learning
  • Complete the course cancellation process
  • Carry out the arrivals and no-show processes
  • Assist in the collation and coordination of post course reports
