  • Establish aesthetic frameworks that reflect each brand’s unique positioning, values, and target audiences.
  • Concept and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with each brand’s strategy.
  • Design assets for product launches, digital & social media, e-commerce, advertising, and in-salon experiences.
  • Lead photoshoot direction—from concepting to execution—to ensure alignment with each brand’s distinct visual language.
  • Present visual concepts and designs to internal stakeholders, articulating creative rationale.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Sales) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
